Please note the Doctoral Examinations Office will produce one letter free of charge for doctoral students. Please allow 5 days (or more during peak periods).

SGS provides proof of registration to students for various purposes such as securing student visas and maintaining OSAP interest-free status. To request a letter, please fax a completed Letter Confirming Registration form to 416-946-0992. There is a $7.00 fee for the letter. Please allow 5 days (or more during peak periods).

Fee Invoice

You are informed of fees payable through the Student Web Service (ROSI). Simply view your invoice on the Student Web Service (ROSI), which lists every transaction posted to your account. You are expected to monitor all account activity. Tuition is updated in real time and always reflects the most current situation.

GO Transit Discount

Discounted travel privileges are available for registered full-time students requiring transportation to and from campus on the GO Transit system. GO Transit Application forms are available at the SGS Student Services counter. Only registered students may be given the GO Transit Application form.

Income Tax Receipt

Tax Credit Forms (T2202A) are issued in February. They may be downloaded and printed from the Student Web Service (ROSI).

Name/Gender Changes

The way your name appears on the Student Web Service (ROSI) is how it will appear on your diploma. Please review the way your name appears on the Student Web Service (ROSI). Name/gender changes are processed at SGS Student Services at 63 St. George St., first floor counter. Should you wish to change your name (this includes middle names) or gender, please contact SGS Student Services at graduate.information@utoronto.ca.
