Graduate Education Research
Through surveys, research projects, data collection, and analysis, the Office of Graduate Education Research produces reports on various aspects of graduate education. This research involves the collection of information across U of T, but may encompass the practices of other institutions.
Canadian Graduate and Professional Student Survey (CGPSS)
The University of Toronto aspires to provide high-quality graduate programs and a supportive environment in which tomorrow's leaders can develop the knowledge that they want and need. The University of Toronto conducted the CGPSS 2005, 2007 and 2010. Regular participation in the CGPSS allows our graduate students to tell us about our strengths and challenges; it directs our efforts to improve graduate programs. Below are the aggregate reports for the CGPSS 2005, 2007 and 2010, summarizing graduate student responses for U of T as a whole. Surveys are now conducted every three years.
