Deadlines

There are deadlines for three categories of calendar update activities:

  1. editorial and governance revisions
  2. graduate faculty updates
  3. proofeading

Editorial and Governance Revisions


Graduate units are categorized by Faculty. Update your graduate unit's 2012/2013 SGS Calendar entry according to the schedule below.

SGS Editorial Deadline

For revisions with no governance approval required and for approved course revisions, calendar content must arrive at SGS by:

Faculty Governance Meetings

The following Faculty meeting dates fall closest to, and precede, your editoral deadline.

Governance revisions to appear in the 2012/2013 SGS Calendar must receive approval prior to the SGS editorial deadline (listed in column 2).

Contact your Faculty Graduate Office (FGO) for relevant pre-meeting deadlines and other meeting dates.

Revisions requiring governance approval must first be sent to your Faculty Graduate Office (FGO) for processing.

Editorial revisions (i.e., not requiring governance approval) and approved course revisions must be received by SGS by the deadline listed in column 2 headed SGS Editorial Deadline.

No new revisions will be accepted at the proofreading stage in April/May. Please ensure that any revisions for the 2012/2013 SGS Calendar are received according to the schedule listed in column 2.
