The University of The Gambia (established in 1999)

The University of the Gambia is the only university and was inaugurated in 1999. It mainly offers Bachelor degrees, although several Master’s degree programmes have recently been started.
Master`s degrees are awarded after two years of study following the Bachelor degree.
A Bachelor degree in a relevant subject with an overall GPA of 3.0 is the general entry requirement.
