Have you ever wondered whether idioms are suitable for academic discourse, and if so, which ones? Join us in this 20-minute workshop as we discuss the nature of idioms and their place in academic communication. We’ll then explore the meanings of several academic idioms and examine these expressions in context so that you can feel confident using them in your academic conversations.
