Becoming Familiar with the American Granting System – Synchronous Online Workshop

This synchronous workshop will be taught by Dr. Tristan Loria
This workshop will explore the major research funding agencies in the United Stats of America. Students will become familiar with funding competitions sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). Students will learn effective strategies for communicating effectively across the three major granting organizations. The workshop may be of particular interest for students planning on pursuing postdoctoral fellowships or research positions in the USA following graduation.
This is the first of 4 workshops in the Getting Through Graduate Work: Tuesday workshop series.
This workshop will be offered live online and will not be recorded.
