Better Coping Skills Workshops

The School of Graduate Studies, in collaboration with Health & Wellness, offers a series of free workshops, to help you develop coping skills to meet the demands of university, work, and personal life.
Workshops themes are as follows:
February 4 – Balanced Thinking
February 18 – Behavioural Change
March 3 – Emotion Regulation
March 17 – Balanced Living

Registration is limited to 15 participants; register early. If you have accessibility accommodation needs, please advise during your registration.
