Understanding and Applying Email Etiquette – Online Workshop

This online workshop is taught by Clare Nippard.
We are increasingly reliant on email for our academic interactions, and this can be problematic. It can be challenging to know how to appropriately express ourselves when communicating, for example, with a supervisor, or a student if you are a TA. This workshop takes a case-study approach to address practical issues such as when to use email, what to include, and how to achieve the right level of formality. Please note that the workshop is offered on two different dates to allow maximum attendance.
This online workshop will be offered through Zoom. You are welcome to join the workshop without audio and video.
