Wendo: Women-only self defense workshop

Wen-Do, a self defence program designed for women, by women has three major goals: AWARENESS, AVOIDANCE, and ACTION. To learn more about wendo please visit the organization’s website.
This highly recommended session is led by wendo instructor Deb Parent. Please bring a yoga mat (we have some available) and be prepared to sweat.
