Program Overview

The Rotman Master of Management is an 11-month program for ambitious new graduates and young professionals with non-business backgrounds seeking to launch their careers in management such as management consultant, business analyst, management trainee or associate.

The program will welcome students with demonstrated academic success from a broad range of undergraduate programs, such as the sciences, social sciences, humanities and engineering. Leverage your demonstrated strengths in critical thinking, creative problem solving and communication by mastering business and management fundamentals in strategy, finance, economics, marketing and leadership.
