This leadership and graduate professional development intensive experience takes place in July and is comprised of skill-based workshops that support leadership development and managing transitions. All workshops are fully accredited by SGS towards the GPS transcript notation.

The theme of the 2020 SGS Summer Institute is Designing Your Professional Life. In small groups, we will discuss our values and use designing thinking tools to explore how to create a meaningful professional life. The course is based on Stanford’s Life Design course.

There will be two cohorts and they will be limited to 20 people each. Participants are expected to attend all sessions, do the required pre-work for each class, and to actively participate.

Cohort 1: The online class will be held on Tuesdays from 10-11:30am July 7-21.

Cohort 2: The online class will be held on Thursdays from 10-11:30am July 9-23.

Registration will open June 15th. For more details please contact liam.oleary@utoronto.ca
