Preparing to Publish: Choosing a Journal and Making a Submission – Synchronous Online Workshop

This synchronous workshop will be taught by Dr. Adeiza Isiaka.

Are you about to start your publishing experience and thinking of where or how to begin? In this workshop, we will discuss the various strategies for selecting a journal for your article, pitching for a special issue, and introducing your paper to a journal editor. We will also discuss generally how to handle reviewers’ feedback and ways to increase your odds of getting published.

This is the first of 5 workshops in the Connecting Within and Beyond Academia workshop series. 

This workshop will be offered live online and will not be recorded.
