Karl Fritze is a PhD candidate in the U of T Department of English, where he has worked as a course instructor and as a teaching assistant. His SSHRC-funded dissertation focuses on the politics and form of slumming in modernist fiction. At the GCAC, he gives one-on-one writing consultations to students in the “Writing SSHRC Proposals” course and through the Writing Centre.
